![]() Over the past year or so, Edwige and I have considered living in an RV full-time. Sound crazy? Well, maybe... But we are very excited about it! We don't plan to live the rest of our lives out of it, but we'll be calling it home for the foreseeable future. The RV we chose is a 1967 Dodge Travco. Finding one in good condition and within our budget was a challenge! Like any 46 year old starter home it has a list of to-dos before we can move in. Eventually we'd like to install solar panels and re-carpet the floor, but for the time being we just need to figure out the simple necessities: heat, fresh water, functioning toilet and a comfortable bed. Our ongoing photo project (Un Petit Monde) is a major part of why we chose to move into an RV. During the months of January and February we will be in Florida showing the work at a couple different art fairs. We also have plans to photograph the minis in the Southwestern U.S. during the month of March, then back to Minnesota for the spring and summer art fair circuit. That's the plan anyway. Edwige and I will blog about our travels and adventures (or misadventures) as we start out on this new life. It won't be easy, but then nothing in life worth doing ever is. Kurt
