I have been hunting for the perfect sweater for awhile now, one that is durable enough for the back country and handsome enough to be worn around town. I’ve found just the sweater in the Mountain Khaki - Lodge Qtr Zip! I like it so much I was a little fearful I’d wear it out from overuse. Not so. I’ve worn it on multiple hikes, road trips and just hanging out around the campfire. It’s been machine washed (cold) without incident and seems to handle repeated use. This is the kind of sweater that never gets old!

It's made of 100% Merino wool and has a casual fit. I wish everyday were 60ºF! I'm always looking for a reason to wear it.

Another great gift from my husband is my Nomadic pencil case. The multi pockets keep the little things organized and everything has its place. The tiny outer pocket holds my iPad accessory (card reader). A larger pocket keeps my favorite pens from getting scratched. The small mesh inner pockets hold my compact flash cards. The main compartment keeps erasers, pen and pencil refills, extra camera battery, pencil sharpener, etc, etc.

I love to grab this pencil case knowing that I don't have to worry about forgetting something. I've handled the case daily for over a year and it still looks like new. Great product!
